Muay Thai Kickboxing:
Our
Classes are design for student to learn REAL Kickboxing. This
does not mean you have to compete, but it does mean you will
learn proper techniques just like fighters do. Our
Beginners class consists of a warm up, then pad work, which is
intense cardio in shorts periods.
This
allows everyone regardless of fitness or skill level to get
their heart rate up at a level that is ideal for them to improve
their overall condition. The call also includes
calisthenics which will help tone and strengthen your core, arms
and legs. After you master the beginners classes we offer
additional advanced classes ..
